So this is Henry doing his new favorite thing. . . watching Signing Time! Henry loves to use his hands to communicate, so I thought this would be perfect for him. All I can say is I was right! He is glued to the television when I put it on for him, and he loves the songs. It's so cute to see him smile when the lady comes on and starts singing "It's singing time and dancing time and laughing time and playing time, and now it is our favorite time; Signing time." As you can tell. . . I have seen this a lot! He is learning really well, and so am I!
Well. . . Sorry for the delay on the blogging, it was because I could NOT find our USB cord that I misplaced, and I Don't like to blog without pictures. ( boring)
Henry has just figured out the crawling thing! He went from scooting to crawling within a couple of weeks. My life has now changed forever, as some people have been telling me. A mobile baby is a whole new ball game. He just figured out that the books can be taken off the book shelf, but luckily he only takes off a few at a time and then moves on. I love this boy!
Here are some things we've been up to lately! One of them is my 23rd birthday which Kevin totally spoiled me by getting me this beautiful crimson red microfiber "chair and a half" is what it's called. I also have been working on getting Henry's room decorated, but it's coming bit by bit. I have some fun plans with what to do with the other walls. I wasn't able to do this when he was born because we were still in our one bedroom, but it sure is fun ( I'm going with a sailboat/sailor theme)
My big brother Adam and I have birthdays that are only two days apart so we usually celebrate on the same day with the fam.
